The Epsilon W50, powered by our Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system, produces incredibly robust functional parts with accuracy and quality, and the Smart Cabinet (SC) enhances the performance of your printers by maintaining the best possible condition for your materials and greatly enhancing the quality of each print. Combining the Epsilon with the BCN3D Metal Pack enables you to print filaments that are packed with metal in addition to thermoplastics. The parts generated by this method offer an office-friendly option with much greater design freedom, and they behave almost exactly like those produced by MIM or CNC.
The bundle comes with 316L and 17-4 PH in addition to a special hotend for metal and supplies. Following printing, the existing Forward AM approved network of service providers can be used for external debinding and sintering operations. By measuring several points, the autocalibration mechanism built into the BCN3D Epsilon automatically adjusts the printing surface height and (XY) offset between both nozzles, calibrating the complete printer in less than six minutes.
